Hi, I'm Dr. Steven Oxner

I’m proud to lead Healthy Smiles as a native Memphian who grew up only one stoplight away from the office. This community has always felt like home to me, and over the last 9 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving patients across the Memphis metropolitan area in both private and charitable settings.

After receiving my degree in biology from Mississippi College, I earned my dental degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Dentistry in Memphis. I am also a member of the ADA, TDA, and Memphis Dental Society.

One of the things I love most about general dentistry is the variety. Some patients come in because they’re in pain. Others want to improve their oral health, restore their smile, or feel more confident when they look in the mirror. No matter the reason for the visit, my goal is always the same: to listen, provide honest guidance, and create a positive experience where patients feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

Our office combines a warm, personal approach with modern dental technology, including digital X-rays, scanning, milling, and 3D printing. While we currently have limited patient amenities, we do have TVs in the operatories for clinical demonstration, and we have plans to add comforts like a beverage station, game tablets, and headphones in the future. Above all, our focus is on creating an atmosphere where patients feel healthy, comfortable, and truly cared for.

At Healthy Smiles, we offer a wide range of general dental services, with a strong focus on same-day crowns, crowns and bridges, clear aligner therapy, and same-day appointments. Our practice features on-site milling technology for same-day crown fabrication using Dentsply Sirona CEREC, which allows us to create custom crowns in a more convenient and efficient way.

For many patients, that means fewer visits, no temporary crown, and a smoother path back to a healthy, functional smile. We also provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental care based on each patient’s needs, so we can help with everything from routine visits to more urgent concerns.
