Healthy Smiles is proud to be led by Dr. Steven Oxner, a native Memphian who grew up only one stoplight away from the office. He first decided to become a dentist after shadowing a doctor in high school, and over the last 9 years, he has had the opportunity to serve the Memphis metropolitan area in both private and charitable settings. Dr. Oxner earned his dental degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Dentistry in Memphis, after attending Mississippi College.
